Expand allCollapse allDay 1: Transfer to Huye - Nyungwe Forest National Park
After breakfast, we head southwest to the lush Nyungwe Forest National Park. On the way, you'll visit the King's Royal Palace Museum in Nyanza and the Ethnographic Museum. During this two-hour drive, you'll learn about the culture and tools of ancient Rwandans. Afterward, we proceed to the Uwinka Overlook for a briefing before embarking on a canopy walk adventure in the forest. Dinner and overnight at:

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Canopy Walk
After breakfast, you'll drive to the park headquarters for a briefing on the "dos and don'ts" while trekking with the chimps. You'll then enter the forest to encounter chimpanzees and other primates like black-and-white colobus monkeys, as well as various bird species. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy another canopy walk.

Day 3: Transfer to Kigali and City Tour
In the early morning, you'll depart from your hotel and drive back to Kigali. Later, you'll visit the Gisozi Genocide Memorial to explore the history of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. The memorial features writings and audio presentations that provide insight into this tragic event. This marks the end of your 3 days trip in Rwanda. You can choose to be transferred to the airport or back to your hotel.
