Welcome to Rwanda! Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport or pick-up from your hotel in Kigali, you will be greeted by your driver/guide with a special welcome package, a unique introduction to the exceptional hospitality of the land of a Thousand Hills.
Enjoy the scenic drive through Rwanda’s beautiful hills, which takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon boat trip on Lake Ihema, followed by an exciting night game drive.

Day 2: Full Game Drive
After an early breakfast, have packed lunch and set off on a full-day game drive to explore Akagera National Park, a savannah paradise home to elephants, hippos, buffaloes, lions, and many other species. Return to your booked lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Kigali and City Tour
After breakfast, depart from your lodge and head back to Kigali. Later in the day, you will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial at Gisozi, a deeply moving experience that offers insights into the 1994 Rwandan genocide through exhibits, writings, and audio presentations.
After a relaxed city tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your scheduled flight.
